FABIAN WARNSING

Fabian Warnsing (b. 1991) is based in Berlin, Germany. In his work, he plays with the classic subjects of painting and image history. Fabian’s paintings are based on sketches and drawings which are influenced by everything he sees, including everyday life situations, photographs, art history but also the internet and movies. He challenges our perception and way of seeing by breaking the form and content. This leads to questions about the medium, representability, and the role and function of mages in our world.
